Well theres some breathing exercises she'll do , hell she sometimes will squeeze something hell at one point gave me a monster hug but in rougarou mode best thing you can do is tire her out which is hard considering the fact when in rougarou mode she gose into a blind rage and has enough strength to knock a train car off the tracks and still come after you .
