Valkeen's come in a small range of shapes and sizes. Their skin tone determines their true nature. Lighter colors and cool blues represent happy and good nature. Red and dark colors represent a dark nature. They can have a wide variety of tails, including: devil tails, bushy tails, skinny tails, and scale tales. They always have horns and they are almost always a yellow hue. They have a good history with magick and came out of the wood work as a cousin on the devils. Though a few of them may appear to be other demons, you can always tell because a Valkeen will have yellow horns. In addition, they have demonic like summon symbols on the back on their necks. They are guarded very well, because if someone can trace that symbol on the ground, they can be summoned at any time. It's not entirely sure when they came to be, since they were often judged as other demons of similar looks. Many times a red valkeen with a devil tail will be confused with a succubus. They have survived in the shadows very well by masking behind other species. They are not well known and she is often referred to as a satyr.

Weakness:

Brass: This is similar to werewolves, if they are constricted with brass chains then they start to get weak. If they ingest brass it can make them deathly ill. If shot with brass bullets in a vital area it will kill her.
Valkeen mark: every Valkeen has a demonic like mark on the back of their neck, if this is traced on the ground n any permanent sort of tool then they can be summoned right from wherever they are. Parents would use this to their advantage to keep tabs on their children, and unfortunately there are Valkeen's that are slaves to others because of this.
Silence:This is minor but she can't stand silence, she always has her headphones with her and always playing music.

Major Skills:

Sound meditation: She can gather energy from the sounds around her. She tunes into the world around her and she can feel the energy. Thus why she uses her headphones a lot...a lot. She's able to sort of shut off this power when she's listening to loud music, she prefers it.
Magic potential: She has a huge magical potential, but she only uses little can-trips to play tricks on people. She's never tried to push herself in any way.
Angry wings: If she is consumed by rage the energy coming off her body will represent wings. Though she can not fly with these wings, they can be intimidating.
Shadow hands: She can summon shadow hands from her back and she can pick up items just like they were real hands. They are capable of draining energy and becoming large and smaller. Ex: 5 smaller hands, or 2 large ones.

Minor Skills:

Super speed: She's much faster than the normal human in her monster form, due to her legs.
Trickster: She loves a good joke, and playing pranks on students and teachers alike put her into giggling fits.
Drain: she can use her new shadow hands to drain your magical energy, but not ever enough to matter at the moment.
Magical sense: She can sense different energies and can identify familiar ones.

Personality:
She's loud and obnoxious sometimes.
She's competitive so watch out.
She's a trickster, so it may seem like she's being mean to you, but it was just the opportune moment.
She gets dead serious if her music is taken away, to the point of being annoyed to enraged.
If someone she finds a fancy walks in the room she turns quiet and doesn't speak.
If she doesn't want to do something, she'll just be flaky about it and never do it.
If she does want to do something, it's done with perfection and confidence.
Her music player is her life, if it's damaged in any way she turns into a basket case.

Character's Background:

Moxi was raised by her parents on a farm. Her parents were able to always hold their human forms, but she was never so lucky. She hated her human form anyway, she's rarely in it. She learned how to farm and to take care of animals. When she turned 18 her parents gifted her a computer. She quickly found out about music of her liking. She would download hundreds of songs every day. She was addicted to it, it became her life. When her powers to hear and see energy through sound came to full she was using her headphones every chance she could get. Her parents grew frustrated with her and so they sent her away to the Monster Academy. It goes without saying, she was more than happy to leave. That place was boring, nothing happened and music didn't play all the time. She was more than happy to go to a school where she could be in her monster form and listen to her music.
