These are fun. They are great for young children to eat, or if your on the go. It's called a cake pop, and it is a ball of cake, on a stick, with candy coating to keep it together. We made turtles to go with the flower cupcake. Heads and feet are made of Tootsie Rolls. I burnt my hand, having to melt them for the heads.
