Description

Encountered in Elephant Odyssey. Its scientific name being Capromeryx minor, the dwarf pronghorn was a (much smaller) relative of today's pronghorn. It's not clear if females had horns as the males did, but it's more likely they didn't. The dwarf pronghorn might have lived in forests and underbrush, since its size helped it to hide from predators. It is, however, unlikely this creature lived in open plains, since it wouldn't fast enough to outrun predators, like wolves and cheetahs, of that time. So, despite being a small version of the pronghorn today, it might've lived more like a dik-dik (a small antelope).
