Description
Thirty-fifth part of my series, Me and Sammy on our Safari Date. Still venturing in the Phinda Private Game Reserve, Sammy and I came across the two cheetah brothers that would come up to the fence of the neighboring Zulu Nyala Private Game Reserve to greet the lone cheetah there (as if they're buddies with one another). We've saw them from the other side of the fence before (while we were taking our safari tours in the Zulu Nyala Private Game Reserve), but encountering them up close, without a fence between us and them (just a jeep) was a grand treat (Sammy was definitely excited to see them). We've also encountered a secretary bird as it was taking flight (quite rare to see one do so though; the're always seen trekking on the ground. But they are sometimes seen in treetops).Note: On my real trip in South Africa, I did encounter those two cheetahs, but only from the other side (when I was on safari in the Zulu Nyala Private Game Reserve). But I haven't seen any secretary birds on my trip.
