A lot of people have been asking me if Laughing Jill is rainbow. Well now ya'll know

IT'S BEEN SUCH A LONG TIME!!!! Yes Yes I know, I wanted to remake this because I felt like it needed to be. A whole new way of making her, and I thought to myself if I could. Plus I just want to say that Jill is a joke character, ya know, something to play around with while drawing (even though it was created by me and snuff.....). It's also the design that I own of her, because I know for a fact that there are other Jill designs I haven't seen ( this one has been used frequently because it was made before the LJ story wasn't even posted on the web ). So yeah, here it is!
