Wanted to learn how to draw faces + felt like creating Some Cyberpunk stuff.
The URATH Freaks are basically humans that got uh..."hand me downs," defective, broken, refurbished combat augmentations after sustaining debilitating/disfiguring bodily harm.
Naturally these "mods" are deactivated, rendered safe akin to "Deactivated guns," which leaves patients with useless, cumbersome, jagged and downright ugly prosthetics.
Since their perilous financial situation already forced these individuals (or their families who were given such a choice without their consent) to accept such prosthetics, many people
are reduced to "walking freakshows." Since a weapons manufacturer named "URATH" was the first to adopt such practices, the people they "helped" became known as "URATH Freaks."
As other companies followed suit in an attempt to "demonstrate their generosity and willingness to help others," the term "URATH Freak" grew and became a generalized name for these hapless lads and lasses.
