this is beautiful,i am a victum of early childhood sexual abuse.this photo reminds me of how i flooted to stay safe during the abuse and how free i have become within my healing today...i,d like to paint it....thanks julia

Yeah, I didn't realize that the picture is upside down, but then I looked at the "sky" and thought why it's like sand and why is the child standing in the middle of puddle. I understood the rest of it soon.

really love your work! Just the fact it is upsidedown changes the effect of the picture completely and it works amazingly well! the colours, the light, i think they create a really intriguing image!
