In this drawing there are Blue Pikmin water bending in the martial art style depicted in Avatar the Last Airbender. Pikmin are small plant/animal hybrids that evolve in the far future of earth after the humans have mostly gone extinct or entirely. They are super small and depending on the color/breed they have specific traits such as being able to breathe in water like the blue pikmin. They are standing on what seems to be a beach, but we cannot really see from their ant POV.
