It's as if there were an Epic level Grumpy Bear
I like the 'runny' look of his cloud, it adds to his position of reassuring kids it's ok to be in a bad mood for a while. Although Perhaps you might have worked the barest hint of a heart-shape into the cloud itself since you've removed the heart-shaped raindrops.
Fanastic work there. I think I want one.
