I was bored so I whipped this up using one of the photos I took when I was last out in Vancouver

keyoma09, are you shouting "no stealing" because someone has copied one of your art pieces before? For that, I am sad for you and the art community. So many artists hold back on creativity, for they fear the very act of infringement.
This artwork inspires me to draw over one of my own photos (photo developed poorly). I'll send you a note because I type too much.

Ya I have had my artwork stolen before. Alot of my FOP works have been copied and altered. Just one on DA the others on Myspace and such.

THE LAW:
At the instant a creation is tangeable (in a visible and/or audible form), the creator owns the copyrights to it...
With the exceptions of people employed by companies... and the rules of the contacts that are signed.
So, if anyone uses it without your permission, they are committing a crime. And "fair use"? Pfft... If you say that you do not allow it, it is not for fair use.
