...atleast I THINK he's Russian.....I could be wrong..also, I have 0 creativity left so...the title is lame...NOTE: Its my understanding that he is actually Hungarian although there is no hint to this in the movie. The only proof I can find is that Steve Carell mentioned something about his horrible Hungarian accent for Gru (he also says that its a combination of a lot European accents). I hope they tell us his country of origin in the DVD's special features!

YOU PEOPLE ROCK MY WORLD!Well.....theres not really a set story behind this image. I simply wanted to draw Gru being a protective Father. I wanted to draw Agnes and Edith as well but didn't wanna push my luck since I thought him hugging Margo (Even though she looks so much older here and nothing like herself) was turning out well. Then the image, when I had it on Photoshop really looked boring and plain so I added Vector (and as you can tell, I kinda rushed him...also Im convinced hes a spawn of Mandark ) So...until I can pull some kinda story out from my butt...interpret this as you see fit...if you like, share what you think its going on here! (I could use some ideas lol) I know Margo is suppose to be passed/knocked out thought...I don't know why.
Anyways, I loved this movie....it was so original and epic, cute and of course a really touching Father/daughter (s) story (and those who know and watch me already know how much I love Father/Daughter relationships!)...just wish I could find the soundtrack with the scores from the film..not just the songs....(if anyone knows if there is one..let me know!)

This is exactly along the lines of what I would expect from the sequel! 
Vector's back after commandeering a random satellite and crashing back down on Earth and he's back for revenge, most likely targeting Gru's little girls since they're his main weakness.
I just hope that they don't try to give Gru a woman. Please don't give him a lady friend, for goodness sake! 
Oh, and those silly little comments on Vector's Raep Gun had me rolling around on the floor! XD

Ya...Im hoping they don't either...not because I would be jealous or anything (unlike some fangirls..ugh hate those kind) but because its WAY too predictable and I think it would be kinda unrealistic to put that on the girls so suddenly...maybe if there is a third movie, but not the second.

Im sure Illumination is gonna be really careful with how they plan the sequel. They didn't expect Despicable Me to do as well as it did..being the 4th grossing animated film this year (forth or 3rd..its one of them), so that came as quite a shocker (even to critics) But hey, they managed to pull off a pretty original script with a cute story and characters and won a lot of people over with it! Now I don't know if it will win Best Animated Movie, but it will be nominated for sure!

Yeah I was thinking it has to be one of those three, but I think its Russian....Im only basing this off Chekov's voice from Star Trek (the new movie because that actor is actually of Russian decent)..they sound a lot a like..but Gru is more..understandable
