HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!So glad 2012 is over; 2013 feels like the earth after a good rain--so fresh and clean. A nice new start.
This comic was inspired (of course) by BBC's Sherlock and my new favorite song "Can You Believe It" by the very talented Martha Wainwright (click click on the [link] to see her performance on Jimmy Fallon)
I've heard this song dozens of times and it just screams Johnlock! at me whenever I hear it. I always meant for Sherlock's comic of the song to be far more complex looking, whereas John's is very simplistic, which I felt I had to do to stay true to their characters. This one was by far harder (obviously) to paint than John's was I can tell you that, but by far more fun.
