I enjoyed this one SOO very much, thanks a lot for commissioning me! I'm always up for more Wendigo-like monsters <3

You've got the icy one!
It might not be able to see you, but it doesn't mean you will be able to hide from it. Completely invisible in the white, birch forest, you might not realise you're right in front of it until it's too late. It can hear every snap of a branch, every crunch of snow under your boot, every shaky breath you take as you hide. It can stalk you silently for hours, and then attack with a screech and ferosity of a true beast.
It hungers. It can stand on hind legs only and then it's scarily big, its antlers touching the high branches that are way of of humans' reach.
Thankfully, its good hearing is also its weakness. You can hide amongst a herd of raindeer and travel with them, your set of footsteps instinguishable in the sea of hooves. If you're alone, throwing a snowball at a tree might also just save you. Disturbing the snow on the branches, making it fall on the ground should make enough noise to confuse it until you get away. Remember though, the creature is nothing if not patient and will find you again. It's a matter of time.
