werewolf auin this au, greg was the parent who passed the werewolf gene down to steven. but while steven regularly shifts following the lunar cycle, greg takes a monthly pill made of a mineral that counteracts shifting. steven was once given this pill to try for himself, but due to the powers of his gem, he is immune to any effects this pill causes.
