I used a pic of a dragon statue and a pic of clouds. I looked for parts in the clouds that could fit for parts in the dragon and then cut them out. I used the layer mask and a soft edge brush to put the parts togehter and for some parts (especially the head) I overlayed the clouds with the pic from the dragon statue.

Hope this is understandable!

Neat idea, and well executed. Did you paint the dragon in or did you use a clone tool to create the beast?
