o and it's not that they get a heart attack. the weilder of the death note can make them do anything they want. like, as u put it, giving up there seat in the cany world because they sudnly have the urge too...yeah right!!

I thought Mello died becouse he wrote his real name in the note. So he got an ownership and THEN he died. Just like he wrote.

Theres also an error on this one, since he wrote Mihael Keehl woithout writing his reason for death, he dies in 40 seconds of a heart attack, wich isnt enough time for Willy Wonka to go to his HQs and give ownership....so....he isnt the proud owner of the Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory.....
