Well, she is Sailor Moon, but I guess she can be Sailor __ Moon like my Sailor Crescent Moon or Naoko's own Sailor Parallel Moon. Because of her costume I am considering either Sailor Blue Moon or Sailor Twilight Moon. I have a Sailor Blue Moon, but I've never drawn her

I would stick with Sailor Moon. I mean, if there are no current incarnations running around as Sailor Moon, already. In theory, Chibimoon would stay Chibimoon until her mother Sailor Moon hung up the ol' collar, and then she would inherit the title, right? Kinda like how royalty does it.
Just don't add "neo" to anything. There's no such thing as Neo Queen Elizabeth!
