Before everything we knew before, before the Lady of the Stars summoned the Constellation Senshi to the Sol System, there was the first Lady of the Stars, formerlly Uma, and her Apha Constellations.

Personal Info and lead up to becoming Lupus:
Aevryn is the fraternal twin sister to Cypri (aka Sailor Dorado). Born only minutes apart, they grew up very close, despite their seeming differences in both skills and looks. Unless one was outright told, people never considered the two related, let alone twins, as Cypri was very much different from the rest of her family. From an early age, the two were near inseparable, sharing bed and bath alike. Aevryn felt a deep love and need to protect her "baby" sister and watch over her, even though she knew full well that her sister could very much take care of herself. To say the two were scappers was an understatement. They got in their fair share of fights with others over the years and quickly earned themselves a healthy dose of fear and respect from the other children and adults of their villiage. Anyone who made fun of her sister quickly found themselves flattened, and in general, they'd fight anyone who looked at each other sideways. Where Cypri was the more hotheaded of the two and quick to anger, Aevryn was the quiet low boil and calculating one. She was quick to study and size an opponent up and went straight for their weak points. As such, her fighting style is quick, to the point and deadly; the perfect compliment to her sister's more flashy style of fighting. She prefers to wait to strike, watching from the shadows and delights in watching their opponents get the run around from Cypri.

On the quieter side, she prefers to watch and listen most of the time as she tends to get bored at gatherings. She would much rather spend time one on one with people than trying to spread herself thin in large groups. Besides, she finds groups mentally exhausting. Truth be told, she preferred to seek out companionship in animals. Less complication. This isn't to say she's not good with people, infact she's quite charismatic when she needs to be and has a rather dark sense of humour. If one can get her to relax and open up, she's very friendly and easy going. It's just that animals are straightforward and easier for her to get along with.

Infact, she held a certain talent for communicating with them, in particular those of the lupine variety. Her ability to actually speak with them developed early on in her life, shortly before she learned to even walk, as her parents would constantly find her "talking" with the family dogs. However, it wasn't until she was 6 and her father came across her happily sitting with a family of wolves and playing with the cubs that her ability was taken seriously. Naturally, they were scared for her at first and tried to get her to stop, but the call of the wild was too great for her and more often than not, she would wander to find whatever animal she could. She loved travelling with her sister for that reason. Cypri would seek out the nearest body of water, and Aevryn would seek the nearest animal companions to sit with and watch her sister swim. She herself was not the strongest of swimmers, but she loved leisurely floating and sitting in water and even more loved to nap and bathe in the sun, often using the creatures who came to her as pillows.

When the Darkness spread and threatened their home, panic settled across the lands. The need for warriors became desperate and when the call for volunteers to fight was sent out, the twins were quick to offer their skills for the chance to represent their world. They knew the risks, including tthat they could be separated, or worse, killed, leaving one behind alone, but their desire to protect outweighted their fear. And so they set out to answer the call.

Personality
Aevryn is the calm, cool and collected one of the twins. Though slower to provoke and anger (unless you target her family directly), she is no less deadly and terrifying when her wrath comes down on you. Overall, she's a quiet type, preferring to watch and listen, taking note on every little detail done or said. She's not big on lengthy conversation unless you manage to find the right topic with her, but she'll happily just sit back and let you talk her ear off so long as she likes you and is comfy. She does have a bit of an odd and macabre sense of humour and enjoys getting various horrified reactions from people when she can. All out of good fun, really! Generally speaking though, she prefers the company of a select few over groups, and with those she is comfortable with, she actually has a soft snuggly side that is rarely seen.

Once she became Lupus, her Alpha instincts kicked in with her teammates, seeing them all as her pack to take care of and keep in line. Similar to Canis Minor ( Diluculi ), though on a lesser overly-motherly scale, she'll let Canis Minor take care of the actual mothering aspects. She's more the big sister type. She is always there to lend a shoulder to cry on or ear to listen, or even a cloak so snuggle into, that is if you can find her. More often than not she's out wandering the woods or sleeping by the lakes and rivers. She tends to exude a very warm and calming feeling as listens. Be warned though! She is quick to snap at anyone who may step out of line, especially on missions! She takes her duties very seriously and feels others should as well! Over time though, this lessens as she becomes more familiar with her fellow senshi and can joke around with the best of them, even on duty.

Reason for following the Lady of the Stars to the Moon:
After the battles settled and were finally over, Lupus travelled with her sister, helping to rebuild worlds. Her strength and dire-wolf forms proved greatly useful in the actual labourous parts of the rebuilds, as well as protecting the people from lingering bandits. But gradually over time, like many of the other Constellation Senshi, she grew more restless and dissatisfied with her work and the people, more and more disappearing to seek out the company of the wildlife. She grew more untrusting of people and the longer she was away from The Lady and her influence, the more she stayed in her wolf form, though she retained her mind just fine. The only thing that kept her coming back to civilization was her sister and her worry for her. She gradually saw the decline in her twin's mental state and she finally realized that Cypri needed The Lady in order to regain her sanity and stability. After some discussion, the two finally decided to return The Lady's side and joined her on the moon.

Though she could feel the calming power of The Lady almost immediately, Aevryn was still wary of people. She spent almost a full two weeks still in wolf form, roaming the outlying areas of the Moon Kingdom before she felt comfortable enough to return to human form and rejoin her Senshi family.

Call of the Pack
The stars on Lupus's brooch glow and from beneath the shadows of her cloak (or her own shadow should she be without her cloak) charge a pack of tangible cosmic wolves that hunt, chase, tear down and rend her enemy. The number varies, depending on how many of the stars are alight, anywhere from 1-12 at her discretion. Unlike her successors, there is no limitation on how many or how long she can sustain the wolves.

Celerity Strike
This power can be activated in any form, and can even be used on her Cosmic Wolves. Her body glows a subtle dark red as she charges her opponent. Quicker than they can blink, she strikes from multiple angles in rapid succession. Can be used from a standing position as well.

Hunter's Connection
Though she can telepathically communicate with almost all rational animal, her link is strongest with the hunter and dog-like varieties, more specifically wolves.

Predator's Senses: Hearing, Sight and Smell are all amplified like that of an actual wolf. She can see farther, and better in the dark, hear better as well as higher frequencies. She also has an uncanny ability to tell when people are lying, as the chemicals in their body change when one lies.

Visage of the Beast:
Also known as her Dire Wolf form. Lupus can change at will into a massive black wolf, standing easily 6'0" at the shoulders. Her already heightened senses, strength and speed are multiplied further in this form, though she looses the ability to speak, as wolves cannot talk. She can however still summon her Cosmic Wolf Pack. She can also choose between full wolf form or a hybrid lycan form.
Subsequent Ability: Psychic Telepathic connection still remains intact with her twin sister. This ability bleeds over into anyone who is also deemed as one her Riders.

This form is also a mode of transportation for some, but more often than not, she is used as a fierce and powerful battle mount for Alpha Dorado and Alpha Orion.

Rejuvenating Howl
Lupus lets out a deep, long and echoing howl to rally her allies. This power strengthens her allies resolves, shakes them from any fears they may have (negates any magically induced fears), and restores their focus. This howl has the added bonus of naturally shaking up their enemies.

Cloak of Healing
Lupus's cloak has some minor healing abilities. While it cannot fully and immediately heal upon wearing, it aides in healing more quickly than normal and can help stablize someone who is more seriously injured. It's effects are strongest on Lupus herself, but it can be used on allies as well.

Weapon:
Wolf's Claws
A pair of clawed gauntlets. Three blades made from an extremely strong cosmic metal extend over the hand from a set of bracers. Their length can vary at will.

Misc Notes:
~Shares a psychic link with her twin sister, Alpha Dorado and has since childhood. This is also active in Lupus's wolf form.
~Acts as a battle mount when needed, particularly to Alpha Dorado ( nickyflamingo ) and Alpha Orion ( Ra-Punzelle )
~Lupus is a tactical fighter who hunts and strikes from the shadows and from behind enemies. She relies on her sister or other partners to take the focus from her while she can get into position for take down.
~She's a close combat fighter, up in your face.
~Her martial skills are akin to what others call "Ninjas"; quick, precise, and very agile. She's a flippy thing. XD
~The red marks on her face are war paint, not scars.
~She loves, I mean LOOOOVES braiding people's hair. It's a soothing therapeutic thing for her.

~Task 20: Alpha Lynx : Fascinated by the contradiction of this brutal looking scholar, Lupus found herself watching him from afar rather often. When she finally caught him staring back, she teased him a little, wanting to see what his thoughts on her was. A couple of heated sparring sessions later, and the two were soon finding excuses to "spar" more often. Like with her other lover, they aren't openly affectionate, keeping mostly behind closed doors. ~Alpha Orion: What began as mutual attraction and her being assigned as his battle mount, quickly turned into the two sneaking off to uh..mount each other in other ways, away from prying eyes. In public they act like nothing is going on, but anyone who watches them too closely will catch the little glances and smiles and lingering touches when they think noone is looking. ( Ra-Punzelle )
~CS T20 - Alpha CaMi : The Mother Hen to her pack, Canis Minor becomes her second Mother away from home, though Aevryn herself doesn't really need nor care for the over mothering aspects. She respects Canis Minor, but isn't one of the ones who needs shuffling off to bed at night. XD She'll leave the overt mothering of the others to the older woman. ( Diluculi )

Soooooooo the wolf is finally out of the bag! Y'all may have noticed over time that pretty much every iteration of Lupus and Dorado have been linked in some sort of sibling fashion, whether it's AU or otherwise, legit blood related or just automatically treat each other as such, and well, this here is the reason! The original Alpha gens were in fact twinsies! We've been plotting this for aaaages and we're thrilled to have them out and about now!! <33333333 I loves them so muuuuch!!!
