My take on Rapunzel, it's heavily inspired by Disney's version but wanted to create my own version of her in something beautiful, I'm really enjoying coming up with the dress. Anyways her hair was interesting to work on since she's got very long hair. Her dress was my favorite part to work on thou :3

are you using photoshop? which tools in photoshop do you use then?

She does use Photoshop cs6 or something. She uses various brushes that are custom made and the liquidity tool, I think.
