This is a new Lillard OC. Her name is Zephyr and she is also known as 'Cheerleading Lillard.' I suppose you can say that she made a cameo in my Lillard dress-up game [link]

I loved the Cheerleading Lillard costume a lot, but I knew that the cool Lillard that I usually drew would never wear something like that. So, I created Zephyr. She's very cute.

I used Photoshopfor the lineart and Corel Painter for the colouring and shading. Corel Painter had come free with my tablet and I hadn't properly used it until now. I love the blending tools, though. It gives you many shading options. ;3

When drawing this, I also learnt that the longer the skirt, the fatter she looks. That's why it's so short. x3
