Description
Most creatures from Mo seem to be at least somewhat related to creatures from Earth, but there are notable exceptions. Yers are a wildly diverse group of small, blob-like creatures that can be found in all continents. Their invertebrate bodies are highly muscular and move by jumping around like popular depctions of slimes. Even tho they may look primitive, they have relatively large brains and a very advanced eyesight due to their camera-like eyes similar to those found on vertebrates and cephalopods. They often produce poisons for defense, but some non-poisonous species have been domesticated into pets.

Here we can see a Payer, the most recognizable yer. This wild specimen was found in someone's back yard, in a suburban area of Monlith, Spearrow.

If you have ever played Spore, you may be able to recognize this creature, because it's literally the same creature from Spore. For some reason, many years ago I created a whole lore and taxonomy of these creatures, and I had a lot of fun with it.
