Personality: Yesterday is a rather calm and introverted fellow, up to chat about the weather or the town around them if you approach them right. They're very friendly and fairly confident too, once they open up; until then, they can seem a bit closed off. They also tend to bottle up their negative emotions and rely on their skills alone even if they really need some help with something, which can end up with them falling into and out of depressive bouts when things reach a tipping point. They're willing to lend an ear if you want to talk, though! Just don't expect great advice; they're still trying to figure themself out, after all. Currently they're also more of a follower than a leader, while they work to get their footing in Lilypad.
History: A traveler at heart, they've gone just about anywhere you can think of. Supposedly, Yesterday isn't their real name; rather, it's a pseudonym they came up with a long time ago and have used since, abandoning their old name in the past with all the locations they've gone to before.
They've decided to settle down in Lilypad temporarily, as they need to make a little bit of money to continue their travels, but nobody knows how long it'll last. Who knows, they might stay longer than they're intending...
Currently, they're trying to take things slow in Lilypad, observing everyone around them and waiting for someone to talk to them. In the meantime, they're looking for a job as well, particularly in community service, and trying to figure out what they want to do with their life. They're interested in change, they just don't know how to go about it yet.

Likes: The outdoors, astronomy and astrology, dancing, working with their hands, lemon drops and sugar cubes, dusk, warm colors.
Dislikes: Loud or brash people, being asked about their past (they'll share when they're ready!)

Other:
Genderfluid; they/them primarily, he/him more often than she/her, but anything works. They're not too picky.
Their romantic/sexual orientation is unknown. They're not particularly concerned with it right now, for there are more pressing matters to attend to in their eyes, and are still discovering what it might be.
Coffee - Blue Mountain, regular amount of milk, 3 spoonfuls of sugar.
Favorite KK Slider Song - Steep Hill

Their favorite season is fall.
They rarely wear their goggles, except in bad weather. However, they love their cloak.

Design Notes:
They have two round birthmarks, one over each eye. (Their goggles cover them in their application -- please see their reference sheet for placement.) They also have quite a few birthmarks scattered around their body, but those are usually hidden under their cloak.
They have three fingers and two toes on each hand and foot, respectively.
The cross-clasps are decoration, as the cloak is one solid piece of material. They put it on over their head to wear it. The clasps are stitched in and cannot be taken off.

I had been debating joining this RP group with a different character, but I happened to win this cutie's design in a raffle so it seems like they'll be my first villager! I was going to use the original design art but I managed to do a decent replica of the Animal Crossing style, so I'm using that instead. For now, at least, this group seems to have no activity checks, which is good because my schedule is about as stable as a spinning top right now. We'll see how active I end up here!

I'm generally planning on slowly but surely re-introducing myself back into dA, but there's a lot of vastly different things that seem interesting to me and I don't want to overburden my watchers. In general, I'm probably going to start submitting my Tokotas rolls to my Scraps, or just not doing a lot of them, because Tokotas just doesn't have the same appeal it used to. Bagbeans is also going down a consistently winding road and changing stuff up every few weeks, so I'm not going to bother getting invested much there either until things calm down. I would like to post more personal art and less ARPG art, so we'll see what happens in the future.
Until then, have this while I work on the rest of my owed art! ^^
