Here's the third and final TF sheet for Slime Gal, So here's the last six forms that Rachel turned into.

Couch - This is yet another random transformation that lets her blend in and this is the first and only time that she turns into furniture (unless you count the beanbag and normal chair forms in the stories), it is awkward if someone sits on her if they didn’t notice she is the couch.

Cube - This geometric form is uncommon for an OC to turn into one but was rare for an elastic girl standard. You see if Slime Gal shapeshifts into a cube she isn’t quite mobile unlike her ball form she just pushes her body just like how you roll a die also those two will trigger her emotions since her transformations letting Slime Gal how she’s feeling and the cube lets her feel anxious that was explained in SGR 2 Chapter 5 in that story, Rachel shapeshifts into a cube because Multidude kidnapped her two friends at the diner, plus there is a word of how she became a cube instead of a human and it was all tied into a word as Claustrophobia (the fear on an enclosed space) since she turned herself into a box due to the anxiety she has during that incident.

Squirrel - Alright let's face it Squirrels are adorable, Hey! Since we’ve got an elastic girl who was an actual squirrel how about an elastic girl who can turn into a squirrel? Well, Slime Gal got your back!

She can of course climb trees and grab small objects on the floor or if someone steals a small object she’ll blend in with the other rodents just like she grabs the wallet with her hands and puts said object in her mouth. Plus she can run fast and she does love doing that before she can shapeshift back to normal.

Hat - The first and only clothing transformation that she can turn into and she’s not the only one . But anyhow her hat form lets her be part of her friend's experiences if it is very hot outside or doing some fashion choice.

Bird - Slime Gal can turn into a bird well for only one (or sometimes multiple reasons) she can of course glide down before landing, she can peck some criminals to annoy them, and best of all go on some power lines without electrocuting herself.

Cake - Is it Slime or Cake? Well, jokes aside her cake form is the only food-related transformation that she can turn into plus she’s a triple-layered.
