The Republic of Emmeria was formed after the Centre Alliance, a mutual Annexation of Germany, Poland, and Austria. A leading cultural and economic factory, rivals even the United Kingdom's economy, its long time Adversary. I will be writing a STORY about the History of this nation and its Leaders which I am going to use HETALIA CHARACTERS, and a character I made up, Colin!
