Okay confession time. I like the Miraculous Ladybug series but I hate the design of the Ladybug costume.

It doesn't bother me that it's a skin tight suit. What irritates me about it is that it's one of the most plain and boring costumes in the show. I mean, I know just about every villain ends up in a multicolored skin suit, but at least have little flairs or added features that make them look unique. Even Chat Noir has his belt tail, his ears, and the gauntlet parts of his gloves and boots. I've thought about redesigning Ladybig's outfit before, but didn't get any ideas until my sister started watching Boku no Hero Academia.

I freaking loooooove Boku no Hero, especially how different each hero is compared to one another. Even their costumes make each character look like they could star from an entirely different series. I drew on the BNHA hero designs for some of the sketches I made for Ladybug. My sister suggested the Ladybug wing cape and possibly giving her bug antennas.

I haven't thought of doing much with my redesign, but I don't think I'm done either. This is just something I've been thinking about recently and wanted to play with.
