I agree with cypselurus these look like some species of the genus Kachuga (Geoemydidae)

I think these actually might be River Terrapins? Flapshells are more softshell-looking turtles, certainly not with shells like this...

Indian Flapshell Turtle is written on the board. Seems like someone misplaced the board or may be nobody know well about some species over there because this is not the first time i am seeing some problem.Last time the problem was in Museum,that was very funny.
