I saw this way to represent the transfeminine symbol and I thought it would look good on a flag after all!
I guess we could just apply it to the MTF ("Male to Female"), transfeminine, transfemale gender spectrum...

A trans woman/transfeminine person is a person who was assigned male at birth, and identifies as a woman, or anyway feels closer to a female, feminine identity. Globally, this can go to generally using female pronouns (she/her), changing one's identity (socially and/or legally), but also showing up with a feminine appearance (cf. clothes, haircut, but also hormonal therapy and/or surgery, depending on each person: medical transitioning including hormones and/or surgery is common but not systematic, unlike what many people believe. This decision or non-decision remains pretty individual)

PS: Some people make a slight distinction between "transfeminine" as being closer to the non-binary spectrum, while "transfemale" would be strictly more in the typical male/female binary perception... in some cases, these terms can be used as alternative synonyms, or "transfeminine" as a more generic term. I guess it really depends on one's viewpoint.
