Here's another one of three early birthday gifts for one of my watchers and good friends, ! This time, I did a possible design for Popeye's greatest enemy, Bluto, if he were to appear in his Popeye story, The Adventures of Popeye and Milo. For this I decided to draw him in his iconic style while also drawing inspiration from Disney's Pete(since Ben and I both imagine Jim Cummings in his Pete voice as this guy, which I love)!This is for you Ben!! I hope you enjoy and consider this design.
