One of the 3 legendaries I am making into charms. Took a long time due to the wings made of friggin fire.. (read the huge rant about it before the link if you feel like it.)

RANT:
I spent a LONG time on this one, since it features a lot of fire. I try to make sure the fire in my pokemon are more a part of their natural materials(fur, feathers, hair etc), which is fine for the tail and mane(?) but when I did the wings I kept trying to make the bottom feathers "on fire" which also doing the style of those flames in the same as the tail and mane. Which..kinda just makes it look like they're floating?
..it was also too busy.

ANYWAYS...because I kinda made Zapdos "spikey" electric wings have more normal feather shapes, I just kinda went "..screw it I give up" and made the feathers normal, with a flame based gradient.
...cause the "fire" aspect just didn't feel like a natural part of the birds wings. The feathers themselves would have to be made of fire and it was just way too busy and detailed when I tried it.

Honestly I wasted -weeks- redrawing the wing elements over. And over. And over. Like-..more than 20 tries. Thats not an exaggeration and probably way less than I did. I hated it.
