Description
Although I'm not making it a habit of doing evolved chibi charms, I figured Raichu was probably a good idea. I did Ninetales cause it was requested/suggested and obviously I don't count the Eeveelutions to be part of that criteria. I was contemplating having Raichu wear the same scarf as Pikachu, which insinuates its evolution from them. I didn't bother with an extra female tailed version, though, as the visual is SO MINIMAL it felt like no one would notice/care unlike the Pikachu design.

I also plan to do an Alola Raichu later.
