His teleportation is limited only to place he know distance is unlimited. The black parts are symbols of power and hardness. Therefore his right hand can use psychic wave and telekinesis. The white part are symbol of mind and softness. Therefore his left hand can use telepathy and mind controller. Every time he use power the gigantic eye on his forehead will open. This third eye can see everything past future and present. This help him see his enemy next move or use their past as an advantage. As Simple Riddle said in this form A-Nine asleep and know nothing when he is Simple Riddle. After his task Simple Riddle will immediately return to A-Nine's form
