Actually, from the position of the droplets, I'd say that it's not really dew but the excess water gathered on the top of the grass stems.
Still, the image is well composed and joyful.

Ah... I love this. It reminds me (simultaniously) of going to camp as a little girl when the grass was wet, and also Ocarina of Time (the kokiri forest).
