Felt the need to do my own reference sheet for Mufasa and Scar's parents
Not for any particular reason, just haven't felt much inspiration for arting lately but Lion King stuff always gets me in the mood to draw lol.
I've always been quite fond of the idea of Mufasa greatly resembling their mother, whereas Scar resembles their father. Mufasa gets his eye color from his dad, but pretty much everything else is from mom's side of the family; the reddish mane, golden pelt, etc. Scar is the opposite, he inherits his dad's dark pelt and mane, but the striking green eye color he gets from Uru
