ARRARARAR. I had to put off SO much for this. It was supposed to take A DAY. But it took FIVE. ARJSKSDJFHSDKFF.But this is...my mascot. fursona. whichever you wanna call it.

And none of those accessories on her are permanent. I just drew 'em on to be pretty. She has tons. FASHION WHORE M I RITE?!

And sure xP all I did was download a few splatter brushes, splattered them around the picture on a new layer so they look pretty, lock the transparency on the splatter layer (the checkered box in the "layers" window) and just scribble rainbowey colors XD
