Now let's suppose Lugh got separated from the orphanage for some reasons, got endangered (enslaved by bandits or simply lost or chased by wild scary monsters or super creeps), with no means of defense (no book spell) but then was saved unexpectedly by some huge green dragon, who happened to be nobody else but the nice Ninian, who just couldn't stand watching the poor kid in danger, and here you have the pictures above.

After meeting her, he got a little scared of the dragoness and could't move, shaking with fear, asking himself if the reptile was about to attack him, until said scaly fella began to nuzzle the boy to show him that it (she) don't mean any harm.

Lugh, relieved, and also friendly to animals, respond favorably by hugging it back as seen in the 1rst picture, which Ninian find endearing.
She then decide to carry the boy by the cape the same way a lioness would carry a cub, in order to take the young boy to a safer place, which Lugh is thankful for.

What was his surprise when he discover that the dragon could talk, with a girly voice, and that "it' was a she: she introduced herself as Ninian, took her human appearence (in order to unscare the little mage) and told the young man that his cheery attitude remind her of her little brother and a sweet little girl whose name was Nino she met some years ago. Lugh's face began to change, asking Ninian if she know where is Nino now, as Nino is his mother, which pleasantly surprise Ninian, glad that she saved her old friend's son. But Lugh isn't as happy as the Ice Half-dragoness lady in the moment, as it remind him that during hiw whole childhood he grew without a mother, and that everyday he wished her mother would be here when he wakes up but he never showed how much desprair the fear of never meeting her caused him to Raigh, Chad or the children as he neded to be positive in order to keep everyone happy (even though his usual brightness isn't an act), so he start to cry without even noticing himself.

Not knowing where Nino is, Ninian's answer is to comfort the boy as visible in the 3rd picture, telling him that she is sure that her mother loves him, and that she is sure Nino would never leave behind a son like him without a good reason, she told him to keep hope to meet her one day.
" If only she saw how you've become, she would be so proud of you. Never change, Lugh!"
What happen next his up for the viewer imagination.

In my scenario, notice that I didn't canon any Blazing Blade "pairing" scenario as I also let it for the viewer to believe which he choose, here Ninian could be or not be Roy's mom, the only thing I was thinking about when I made this pic was the probability of a character of Blazing Blade meeting another from Binding Blade as they are litteraly the next generation, so there's nothing that would stop Ninian from meeting Lugh as she is more or less ageless and could be very well alive by the event of Binding Blade.
And while Lugh is very much accurate here, being his animal-friendy self, which could only make Ninian view him favorably as she wish for humans and dragons to live in harmony, she seem a little OOC despite being motherly/sisterly as she is not the shy girl she is supposed to be but meh, my plot don't let too much place to shyness I guess.

So Fire Emblem, Ninian and Lugh belongs to Nintendo.
