Description
Few know that Juugo was actually fully trained at Disney's Academy of Princessery. While at school, he learned not only how to talk to birds and other woodland creatures, but also excelled in Broadway-style singing, spinning straw into gold and table-setting.After this class picture was taken at graduation, Juugo was assigned to be a 'cursed-and-imprisoned' princess. He drew the short straw and had to take a basement room in the lair of a pedophile, while Aurora got the tower and the dragon.
However, he was not nearly as annoyed as he would be when he found out that his Prince Charming was Uchiha Sasuke.

He is indeed from Naruto. I don't think he's appeared in the anime yet (although, I don't keep up with that half much) but it developed from him apparently having some ninja ability to communicate with small woodland creatures. Thus he is seen several times with bird on finger and made me go 'Haw. Princess.'
