I love the look of the ice shield, and the little stars.
For some reason, the right brow makes her look a little mannish to me. I think it's because it comes down narrow.
But overall, it's a very beautiful and bright piece.

I love the effects, I find it so hard to get ice to look like ice, but you have done it very well. The design of the 'ice wand' is good too.

I think the hand without the staff looks a bit odd, the smaler fingers look too small.
