It means something like "Smart, Intelligent"
He looks sort of bored, so maybe he's the kind of boy who is too smart to his age, so he doesn't enjoy the world around him.
Instead, he just take a glare to the world, hoping to see something that may catch his attention.

he looks like hes gonna kill someone...or eat them. it looks like someones been practicing their evil eye. he reminds me of myself when my grandparents would drag me to the supermarket or something when I was younger.

The color design and execution are EXTREMELY well done, however, the pose is severly uninteresting. If this character were to be developed further, some sketches in interesting poses would be greatly appreciated!
