characters done with a bic pen and watercolors :]Just for fun,

However there is a new character, the guy with the gas mask (green mask, blonde hair, violet pants). His name is Zack. You don't want to meet Zack. He used to be a doctor. Things went wrong. He keeps human body parts inside his syringe, just in case he needs them.

Grim Reaper looks like Lord Death from Soul Eater. You might want to think about re-designing the character to avoid copyright infringement. Or at least confusion among fans.

This was my very first thought when I saw this! I was like "What is he doing here? Is this a Soul Eater spin-off?" Then I read the description and was wondering if the artist was influenced by the Soul Eater character instead.

I might change the design later. I just wanted to include a grim reaper because he will be in my story, but I don't have the final design yet.
However, I don't think it looks THAT similar to the soul eater one. the mask is totally different, [link] mine doesn't have a nose hole and completely round eyes, or a large forehead, mine doesn't have hands, mine doesn't have that thunder like bottom part... there are hundreds of grim reapers that have a skull mask and a black cloak out there.
But as I said before that won't be the final design for him, I wanted to include a preview.

True enough, although it looks similar enough that it may cause trouble down the line, or at least annoying fans demanding you stop copying a character that is completely yours.

These are all fantastic character designs. They really play with ones curiosity. Just don't make the mistake of so many others and keep them in your head your whole life.
If they're in your head they aren't "real" to the world. Get em on paper!
