22-year old Pvt.  Caitlin Fleming lay down into a sniper's position, readying her M-16 rifle for the first batch of Alliance troopers she would have killed. 

Caitlin is a five-year veteran of Sumuru's militia and in the process, she has  gained skills in snipe-killing and killed dozens of Alliance's soldiers in the process. However, she knows that snipers are usually the first unit the enemy would have sought to neutralize as they entered the pyramid and by being assigned into this duty, she is most likely has her death warrant's signed and sealed. 

Caitlin takes a quick look at the dog tag hanging at her neck. It's probably the only thing her parents and sister in Yorkshire would have gotten as a proof that she has been KIA, as the Alliance simply puts the bodies of fallen militia members into a mass graveyard. For a second she regrets not ever able to see her family again after she decided to bail out of their homes to join the militia five years ago.

But she quickly brushes this thought aside as she has a job to do now. She clicks on the rifle to make sure that it's armed, then readying herself for the first few enemy soldiers to walk into the pyramid's gate...
