Psychic (Psychic, Power 90, Accouracy 100%. 10% chance of lowering the opponent´s special defence by one stage)

Description:

Created in a lab as as a guard that is both detering because of its scariness and high special attack power. Hower, after fully evoloving, Lucius decided that he much rather live his his own life at in auite and peace. He now haunts the depth of an abondanode building. Using his power of premonition, he tends to hide from others exploring his home, but will ruthlessly attack if he feels they are staying too long...
