welp, i finally came up with a name for this gal, Aki sounds kinda good so there it goes. What is she? some kind of anthropomorphic moray or some eel, with axolotl-like gills. And of course, don't let her look deceive you, that shredded fish didn't think twice, LOL. i hope you enjoy
