All main charaster are going to defeat Luna in her daemon prince form, so all of them are belong to Gray Knights. And they original chapters and specialisations are like that:

Twilight - librarian from Adeptus Custodes
Rarity - techmareine from Adeptus Mechanicus
Rainbow - assault spacemareine from White Scars
Applejack - terminator spacemareine with lightning hooves from Imperial Fists
Pinkie Pie - devastator spacemareine from Blood Angels
