How did you do the thin white lines? It gives to the pic a great atmosphere, like an old movie and I also would like to try it. So please

it's a photoshop brush
anyway you can do it with a brush 1 pixel size, then try to adjust the opacity..you can simply do it if you have a tablet. if not, draw on a white paper the thin lines you want, scan it and set it as a photoshop brush
