Hahah, wow. I didn't think I could draw this and make it look not like a nightmare...but I stuck with it and I like how it turned out!
I watched ProZD's video "A Mob Boss With the Least Intimidating Voice" again, and though Reginald can have an intimidating voice, I thought of him, Henry Stickmin and Right Hand Man. I didn't draw RHM in, but he is still in the scene.
