Featuring shots from the ongoing journey ofThe sixth arrangement in this series - How far can your dreams take you? I got the idea after meeting other people here at deviantART who dream of becoming part of the Disney family by winning a full-time or part-time role and have started to find out how far our dreams can take us.
Our latest installment features a young lady who is a lifelong Disney fan and who has spent years honing her skills in an effort to make the team. I root for her to make the team because she has proved her devotion to learning about her brand of pixie dust and how to use it to make the Magic with children - even without a College Program session - and understands that the Magic is a powerful teaching tool.

Dream Role: Entertainment (Rapunzel or Aurora)
Her Road So Far: Los Angeles native Jennifer has liked Disney and Princesses as long as she can remember—and when she was 15, she decided she wanted to make the team and dualize as one. She added to her skills and credentials in college, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in theater arts with emphases on acting and costume design. Moreover, while she was in college, people often told her that she looked or acted like a Princess—when Enchanted was released, many classmates started calling her Giselle because they saw her watching it all the time and felt she acted like her. In addition, she portrayed Alice, Aurora (as Briar Rose) and Jasmine in class scenes and monologues.
She started cosplaying in 2006 and says that she loves it “because it allows me to portray my favorite characters anytime, and I hope this will help me to do better if and when I finally am able to work at Disneyland. I also love the feeling when I'm somewhere and a child thinks I'm that character. It's the sweetest thing when they come up and start talking to you!”
Fun Fact: Aside from visiting Disneyland, cosplaying and sewing, Jennifer loves to sing, dance and act and is studying to become a certified teacher because she loves children and eventually wants to teach special education.
Component Shots: The leftmost shot shows Jennifer in Gothic Lolita, which she likes to wear from time to time, while the center shot is a shot of her as Rapunzel that she’s shared before - A Gift From The Sun ([link] ) and the rightmost shot, which she says is her favorite with a character, shows her with Rapunzel in Anaheim during one of their greetings. As before, the color saturation goes from black and white to normal from left to right to symbolize getting closer and closer to achieving those Disney dreams.

I am about to actually-- I'm in *love* with her costuming skills and I'm very confident that she will make that team! if not then I have some boats to row and some people to chew out.
I don't normally like pulling up things like this up on pieces for other people, but I need to get this out because it's agrivating me so much I can't see straight-- my pedatric rhreumatolgist and I/and mom had the largest argument ever today. apparently now I do not have lupus because, even though I have nearly all the symptoms, I don't match up to some obscure testing that normally has no presidence in lupus match ups. every case is different, but apparently, even the positive ANA+ blood matchup is now because 'I'm in one of the rare groups that has a positive even if you don't have lupus'. sheesh.
....sorry I jsut kinda had to get that out lol.

same here! and when she makes it, I'm going, grabbing my kayak, rowing over to the Disney Park she works at and seeing her. this is so.
I just have a hard time bringing stuff up this with other people-- 'specially on dA and on other people's pieces, mostly because I feel it is incredibly selfish on my part lol.
