part 3
so what i did was, (i dont know why, but i colored the hat and candy cane first.) created a layer for everything red, underneath the lines layer and colored the hat and candy cane. then on the background layer, i made a big blue spot wtih my airbrush. then, dodged the color on the wolf. then i added some speckles of white for snow(:
