"my common sense is tingling."disclaimer.. i do not own Deadpool (i really wish i did, but i dont).. i created him cause im a freaking fan girl of this most awesome villain ever..!!! no profit is made by this creation nor will there be in the future.. this is done only and strictly for my private learning purposes..

Very nicely done. I like the audio too.
If you'ed like some advise on making the merc with the mouth more life like, here: You could try making him cock an eyebrow when he asks the question. Or even making his mouth go up and down slightly as he talks. If you want to be picky, I guess you could make his chest move a little to show that he's breathing.
On the whole though, he looks great. Keep up the good work.
P.S. He could use the bigger package, too.

lol.. thanks a lot babes.. but lip sync is not something im going to touch yet.. its really hard to make it look convincing.. so i need a bit more practice with this whole animating thing before i actually start with that..

Thant's the great thing about Deadpool. He wears a mask, so no need for lip sync. Just move his jaw up and down.

hehe.. well lipsync is not really about the lips.. its about the whole mouth and chin area.. but in this case its just with less detail cause we have no lips.. but the principal is still the same.. have you ever though about how many times a jaw goes up and down in a single sentence.. take this sentence that deadpool is saying here for example.. its only 8 secs on video, but do you know how many time his jaw actually goes down and up again here ? im kind curious on how many times you actually think it is.. cause im telling you know already.. you going to be way off with your count.. especially if its the first time you actually try doing this.. now the next problem is, once you figured out the actually amount then timing comes into to play.. and that is the actually hard part of it all..

did you count the laughing part too.. the "bang band bang" part is really hard to get a count on too.. i think it is around 60 actually.. but i have no idea what the correct answer is either..

beginning and ending shoulder animations are a little slow, but the pistol kick is very on-point. More then I can say for what Hollywood does...

cool. The movement of the upper body with its rebounding from the shots looks great. and the whole action is quite clear and very expressive.
Now I don't know what the aim of your animation was, but it would look even more realistic if there was a small weight shift on the hips. Nobody stands this still on their legs. Especially since he has a small left right move of the upper body. And a few abdominal twitchens when he laughs?

thanks a lot, babes.. yeah, i had some movement on the hips as well. but i removed all motion from it cause it made it look really weird.. i have to look closer to how a hip actually moves..

I guess a small side-side movement would already do the job, as he shifts weight. not sure if the hip would tilt a bit though

well we want it to look natural too, so just moving it from side to side wont do the trick.. thats what i actually had.. but i dont know what we do need either..
