thank you.. i usually render images at the size that i need them.. so thats 900x1200, or in this case 660x1200

kool pic. only gripe is the way reflections are diffused on the wood doesn't match what we see in her reflection in the wood. Her reflection looks like perfect "glass" or polished surface, whereas the wood is well..wood, and so there is a lot of diffusion, blur and loss of detail.
Otherwise it all fits really nicely.

Lovely image! I like the stark black and white, and the reflections are very nicely integrated into the background plate. I'm thinking that only the figure is rendered, and the rest is a photo? ...because if the entire image is a render I'm going to have to hand up my mouse and go back to making mud pies...

well its all rendered.. i start out with a 2d image and change it into a 3d scene with a couple of planes on the right places to make it all work together

well thats what we always do in 3d.. we model something and then put a texture on it.. here im doing exactly the same thing but just doing it the other way around.. normally you would make and adjust a texture to fit the mesh but here im matching up the mesh to fit the texture.. the hard part is to match the camera to get the same angle as the backdrop you use.. cause even if there is a slights different in the angle of the camera and the angle used in the backdrop it will show in your end render
